A Magyar Közlöny 59. számában olvasható a következő rendelet részlet:

A Nemzeti Média-és Hírközlési Hatóság elnökének 3/2015. (IV. 28.) NMHH rendelete a Nemzeti Média és Hírközlési Hatóság egyes eljárásainak igazgatási szolgáltatási díjairól és a díjfizetés módjáról szóló 5/2011. (X. 6.) NMHH rendelet módosításáról.

Az elektronikus hírközlésről szóló 2003. évi C. törvény 182. § (3) bekezdés 29. pontjában kapott felhatalmazás alapján, a médiaszolgáltatásokról és a tömegkommunikációról szóló
2010. évi CLXXXV. törvény 109. § (5) bekezdésében meghatározott feladatkörömben eljárva,
a következőket rendelem el:

(5f) „Rádióamatőr tevékenység folytatásához az antenna és antennatartó szerkezet elhelyezése esetén mind az építési engedélyezési eljárás, mind a használatbavételi engedélyezési eljárás díja
100 000 Ft, amennyiben a kérelmező a Hatóság által nyilvántartásba vett, érvényes rádióamatőr
engedéllyel rendelkezik és az építményt a saját tulajdonában lévő ingatlanra, állandó jelleggel telepíti.
A fennmaradási engedélyezési eljárás díja megkezdett folyóméterenként 70 000 Ft, de legfeljebb
2 500 000 Ft."

A rendelet 5(f) pontjában foglaltakkal kapcsolatban a Szövetség megbeszéléseket kezdeményezett az illetékesekkel.
